The best AI SEO agencies in Orlando right now are ThinkPod, South Street & Co., Chatter Buzz, 57 Clicks, Get The Clicks, Nona Digital Marketing, SeoProfy and Web Market Florida.
Each one lists a street address in Orlando and runs a live service page for AI search work, such as visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. They differ a lot on price, on the kind of client they serve and on how they measure results, so the right pick depends on your business.
I opened every agency’s own website, and checked two things before adding it: an Orlando office address and a page that describes AI SEO, AEO or GEO services. Agencies that only had an Orlando landing page with no office, or no AI service page I could open, were left out. Prices below are the ones the agencies publish. Where an agency quotes after a call, I say so.

What an Orlando Agency Actually Does Under the AI SEO Label
AI SEO is a loose term, and the eight agencies here use it in slightly different ways. Some call the work AEO, short for answer engine optimization. Others call it GEO, for generative engine optimization. A few simply fold it into their normal SEO retainer. If the labels confuse you, our guide to how SEO and AEO differ explains where they overlap.
Under the labels, the tasks are quite similar. An agency checks what AI tools say about your business today. It then fixes facts that are wrong or missing, rewrites key pages so they answer real customer questions, adds structured data, and works on your presence on other sites that AI tools read, such as directories, review sites and comparison articles. Lists of citation sites that AI search tools pull from are a useful starting point for that last step.
Google’s own position is worth knowing before any sales call. Its guide to generative AI features in Search says that optimizing for these features “is optimizing for the search experience, and thus still SEO.” It also says you do not need special AI text files or special schema to appear. So a good Orlando agency should talk about content quality, crawlability and reputation first, and treat AI-only tricks with care.
Downtown Orlando Agencies for B2B, Healthcare and Mid-Market Firms
Three of the agencies sit within a few blocks of each other along Orange Avenue and Robinson Street. They tend to work with larger companies, longer sales cycles and stricter review rules, and their AI search pages read that way.
ThinkPod: AI Search Visibility for Complex B2B Buyers
ThinkPod works from 111 N Orange Ave, Suite 800, in downtown Orlando. Its AI Search Visibility service is built for companies that sell to engineers, procurement teams and clinicians. The page names ChatGPT, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Overviews as the tools it targets.
The work starts with an audit. ThinkPod runs your buyers’ questions through the major AI tools and records who gets mentioned, who gets cited and what is said about you. Then it makes one accurate description of your services, industries and locations and pushes it to your website and major profiles. It adds Organization, service, FAQ and product markup, writes answer-ready service and industry pages, and manages directory listings, reviews and inclusion in comparison articles.
Its process has four stages: Research, Plan, Execute and Refine. The last stage matters most for AI search, because answers change. ThinkPod re-tests a fixed set of buyer questions on a schedule and compares your mentions and citations with named competitors. Pricing is published, which is rare: most projects start at $10,000, and ongoing partnerships start at $5,000 a month.
ThinkPod suits manufacturers, complex B2B firms and healthcare groups. Its FAQ also covers suppliers to defense, aerospace and government buyers, where public content is reviewed against compliance rules. A small local shop may find the entry price high for its needs.
South Street & Co.: Monthly AI Reports With Content Specialists
South Street & Co. lists its office at 450 S. Orange Avenue, 3rd Floor. Its AI SEO & GEO Services page focuses on four pieces of work: monthly AI reports with strategy sessions, conversational content planning, entity and structured data work, and topical authority research.
The monthly report reviews how your business appears in AI Overviews and in AI chat tools. The content side plans pages around the questions people type into those tools. The technical side adds schema, FAQ sections and how-to markup, and it keeps your name, address and phone consistent across citations. On the off-page side, the agency mentions content marketing and links from authoritative sites.
The page introduces the team doing the work. Olivia Pate, the Digital Strategy Manager, has more than 10 years in SEO. Two SEO content specialists cover healthcare, legal, home services, SaaS, retail and nonprofits. South Street says it has been producing results for clients since 2015. It does not publish prices and builds a custom plan after a free 30-minute call, so ask for a written scope that separates AI reporting from content production.
Chatter Buzz: One Full-Stack Team Covering SEO, AEO and GEO
Chatter Buzz has its office at 1218 East Robinson Street. Its site groups services under SEO, AEO and GEO, and its Orlando SEO FAQ lists AEO and AI search optimization as part of the SEO program rather than a separate product.
That bundling can be helpful. AI answers often lean on the same pages and signals that rank in classic search, so one team handling technical SEO, content and AI visibility avoids gaps between vendors. Chatter Buzz says it has served more than 400 companies since 2012 and lists industries from credit unions and home builders to SaaS, healthcare, law firms and tourism boards.
Pricing is published. SEO retainers start at $5,000 a month for foundational work. The FAQ adds that most mid-market Orlando companies invest $10,000 to $25,000 a month for a full-stack program. That makes Chatter Buzz a better match for firms with a real marketing budget than for a single-location startup.
Orlando Agencies Built Around Local Service Businesses
Local businesses have a different problem. A roofer, a dentist or a family law firm mostly wants to show up when someone asks an AI tool for a nearby provider. That depends heavily on your Google Business Profile, reviews and local citations, which our local SEO ranking factors guide covers in depth. The three agencies below lean into that kind of work.
57 Clicks: Low Entry Price for Trades, Clinics and Restaurants
57 Clicks lists its office at 411 E Central Blvd, Suite 101. Its Orlando SEO page promises to help clients “stay visible across AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok,” and treats that as part of a local SEO package.
This agency publishes the lowest entry point in this list. Packages start at $500 a month. The page estimates $750 to $1,500 a month for most competitive markets and $1,500 to $2,500 for highly competitive niches. It names HVAC, roofing, restaurants, dental clinics, auto body shops, gyms and online stores among its niches, and it says it has more than 10 years of experience.
At that price, expect AI visibility to ride on solid local SEO rather than a separate AI program. That is often the right call for a small business. Before you sign, ask which AI prompts they will check each month and how they will report it.
Get The Clicks: Law Firms and Dental Practices Since 2002
Get The Clicks works from 118 E Jefferson St, Suite 304. Its page says Neil Belliveau helped found the agency back in 2002, which makes it the oldest team in this list. The Orlando SEO page says it optimizes for “AI search optimization and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO),” and the site menu includes a separate service called ChatGPT & LLM Brand Optimization.
The agency focuses on legal professionals, dentists, orthodontists and home service companies, and it has a separate section for estate planning firms. It mentions clients seeing results in Google AI Overviews and in ChatGPT answers. Prices are quoted by scope and competition, and the page mentions a 60-day money-back guarantee, so ask for the exact terms in writing.
Nona Digital Marketing: Packaged AI SEO for the Orlando Suburbs
Nona Digital Marketing has its office at 5850 TG Lee Blvd, Suite 460, in the Lake Nona area. It serves Orlando, Lake Nona, Winter Park, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Kissimmee, Clermont, Ocoee and Winter Garden.
Its AI SEO page is one of the clearest in the city for a newcomer. It defines AI SEO, AEO, GEO and entity SEO in plain words, then sells the work as four named options: AI SEO Foundation, Answer Authority Growth, Generative Search Dominance and a one-time AI Visibility Audit. The work covers structured content, FAQ answers, entity work, schema and content expansion for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
I liked one line on the page in particular: it states that no agency can guarantee placement inside AI answers. That matches Google’s own guidance and sets fair expectations. Prices are custom or project-based, and the audit is a sensible first step if you want to test the team before a retainer.
Orlando Teams That Lead With a Dedicated GEO Program
The last two agencies sell generative engine optimization as its own program rather than as an add-on. That suits brands that already have solid SEO and want someone to focus on AI answers. If you want to check your own standing before you call them, our walkthrough on checking whether your site appears in AI Overviews takes about ten minutes.
SeoProfy: A GEO Service With In-House Tracking Tools
SeoProfy lists its Orlando office at 2462 E Michigan St, Suite 207. Its Generative Engine Optimization page names more AI platforms than any other page I checked: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Overviews, SearchGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity.
The service covers six areas. These are content structuring so AI systems can parse your pages, technical fixes for crawling, speed and mobile, GEO keyword research, a written strategy, authority work through links and internal linking, and performance tracking. The process runs in five steps, from a 30-minute goals call through site and niche analysis, strategy, execution and reporting.
SeoProfy says it uses its own tools, including SearchAnalytics.ai and linkchecker.pro, alongside Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog. It states that an efficient GEO campaign starts at about $6,000 a month on average, with the final price depending on your site, your industry and whether you want a one-time audit or ongoing work.
Web Market Florida: Local AEO With Free Visibility Tools
Web Market Florida lists its office at 2750 Taylor Ave in Orlando. It sells AI Search Optimization under the AEO and GEO labels and publishes two prices: from $5,000 a month for local programs and a $10,000 pilot for national work.
The site also hosts free resources, including Learn AEO guides and an AI Visibility Checker. Those are useful for a quick look before a sales call, but treat any free score as a starting point, since each tool tests its own set of prompts. A pilot is a fair way for a national brand to judge the agency on real results before committing to a long contract.
What AI SEO Costs in Orlando, Based on Published Prices
Five of the eight agencies publish a starting number. The chart compares the lowest monthly figure each one states. Keep in mind that the 57 Clicks and Chatter Buzz figures are for SEO packages that include AI visibility, while the other three are for AI search programs.
Two patterns show up in the numbers. First, there is a wide gap between local packages at $500 a month and dedicated AI programs at $5,000 or more. Second, the dedicated programs cluster tightly between $5,000 and $6,000 a month. If a quote for a dedicated GEO program comes in far below that band, ask what is left out, such as content writing, digital PR or monthly prompt testing.
Two agencies, ThinkPod and Web Market Florida, also publish a one-time project or pilot fee of $10,000. A fixed project with a clear deliverable can be a lower-risk way to start than a 12-month retainer.
How Many AI Engines Each Orlando Agency Says It Covers
I also counted the AI search platforms each agency names on its AI service page. This does not measure quality. It shows how specific the agency is about where it will track your brand, which helps you hold them to a reporting plan later.
SeoProfy names seven platforms. ThinkPod, 57 Clicks and Nona Digital Marketing each name four. Get The Clicks names Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. Whatever the count, ask for the exact list of AI tools and prompts in the contract. Our roundup of AI citation tracking tools shows the software many agencies use to run those checks.
Questions Orlando Owners Ask Before Hiring for AI Search
How Much Should an Orlando Business Budget for AI SEO?
Based on published prices, local packages that include AI visibility start around $500 a month at 57 Clicks. Dedicated AI search programs start at $5,000 to $6,000 a month at ThinkPod, Web Market Florida and SeoProfy. Mid-market firms at Chatter Buzz typically spend $10,000 to $25,000 a month for a full-stack program.
Can an Agency Guarantee My Business Will Appear in ChatGPT or AI Overviews?
No. Google’s guide says that indexing and serving are not guaranteed, and it warns against tools that promise ranking success. Nona Digital Marketing says the same on its own page. A good agency will promise a process and a reporting plan, not a placement.
Do I Need a Separate AI SEO Agency if I Already Pay for Local SEO?
Often you do not. For a local business, AI answers lean on the same signals as local search: your Business Profile, reviews and consistent citations. Ask your current agency to add monthly AI prompt checks first. Our data on how people use ChatGPT to find local businesses can help you decide how much weight to give this channel.
Should an Orlando Agency Add llms.txt or Special AI Schema to My Site?
For Google, there is no need. Google’s guide says you do not need AI text files, special markup or Markdown to appear, and that no special schema.org markup is required. Structured data still helps with rich results, so schema work is fine. Just do not pay extra for AI-only files sold as a Google ranking fix.
What Should the First 90 Days With an Orlando Agency Look Like?
Expect a baseline audit of what AI tools say about you, a fix list for wrong or missing facts, updates to your most important service pages, and a first report that repeats the same prompts. ThinkPod and South Street both describe this kind of test, fix and re-test cycle on their pages. For ideas on the content side, see our guide on how to earn LLM citations.
How the Orlando Offices and AI Service Pages Were Checked
Every agency had to pass two checks on its own website. The first was a street address in Orlando or the Orlando metro, shown in the page footer, a contact block or an Orlando service page. The second was a live page describing AI SEO, AEO, GEO or AI search work. I did not count third-party directory listings as proof of an office.
Several well-known national firms run Orlando landing pages but list no Orlando office on them, so they are not here. A few local agencies blocked automated page checks, so I could not confirm their AI service pages, and they are left out rather than guessed at. I did not add ratings or client results, because those should come from your own reference calls. If you are comparing Orlando teams with firms in other cities, our list of the best local SEO companies in the USA is a helpful next read.
Where I Would Start My Orlando Shortlist
If you run a B2B, industrial or healthcare company, start with ThinkPod. It publishes its price, names the AI tools it tests and explains how it re-tests buyer questions against competitors. Call South Street & Co. as your second option if content production is the bigger need.
If you are a local service business with a modest budget, talk to 57 Clicks or Nona Digital Marketing first. Ask Nona about its one-time AI Visibility Audit, and ask 57 Clicks which AI prompts its package checks each month. Law firms and dental practices should add Get The Clicks to the call list, given its long focus on those fields.
If you already have good SEO and want a dedicated GEO program, compare SeoProfy and Web Market Florida on the same three things: the prompt list, the reporting cadence and what a pilot or first 90 days delivers. Ask each agency on your shortlist for a sample AI visibility report before you sign. The one that shows you real prompts, real answers and a clear plan to change them is usually the right partner.
