Best Outbound Sales Agencies for B2B Lead Generation in 2026

5/5 - (6 votes)

A 12-person SaaS startup and a commercial cleaning company with three branches can type the same search into Google and land on the same list of outbound agencies. The right agency for one of them could drain the budget of the other in a single quarter.

So I went through eight agencies one at a time. I read their pricing pages, contract terms, case studies and reviews on Clutch, G2 and the Better Business Bureau. A couple of very big names dropped off the list during that process, and the reasons are near the end of this guide.

What Is an Outbound Sales Agency for B2B Leads?

An outbound sales agency runs the outbound sales process for you. It finds companies that match your ideal customer profile, reaches the decision-makers inside them by cold email, phone and LinkedIn, follows up until someone replies, and books a meeting with your sales team. That meeting-booking step is called appointment setting, and it is the core service of most agencies in this guide.

The work usually covers five stages: building a target list, writing the outreach, running the calls and emails, handling replies, and booking the meeting. Some agencies go further and run the first discovery call, and a few offer full-function models where their own reps close the deal and earn a commission.

How Outbound B2B Sales & Marketing Agencies Help to Scale Brands?

Hiring and training a team of sales development reps takes months. An agency arrives with trained reps, data, sending infrastructure and tested scripts, so outbound sales campaigns can start within a few weeks. For a growing brand, the main benefits look like this:

  • Faster pipeline. Agencies launch multi-channel campaigns across email, phone and LinkedIn in weeks, which fills the calendar of your account executives while you hire.
  • Sales Data & CRM Enrichment. Researchers build and verify contact lists, add firmographic and intent data, and log every touch in your CRM, so your sales team works from clean, complete records.
  • Better tools at a lower cost. Agencies already pay for dialers, data platforms, deliverability software and AI-driven tools for personalization and reply sorting, and they spread that cost across clients.
  • Tested messaging. High-converting sequences come from running thousands of emails and calls, and agencies bring that learning to every new campaign.
  • A clear growth marketing loop. Outbound results show which industries, job titles and messages respond, and that insight feeds your wider B2B marketing, from content to B2B paid advertising.

Honestly, the best results come when outbound runs alongside the rest of your marketing. Several agencies here, Belkins among them, also run paid ads, events and account-based programs, which helps the same buyers hear from you in more than one place.

List of the Best Outbound Sales Agencies for B2B Lead Generation

These eight agencies held up after I checked their pricing, contracts, case studies and reviews. They appear in a rough order of how widely I would recommend them, and the best choice still depends on your deal size and your buyers.

1. SalesRoads

Boca Raton, Florida · Founded 2007 · Clutch 4.9 from 69 reviews · salesroads.com

The biggest selling point of SalesRoads is transparency. Prices sit right on the website, and you can cancel anytime. You get dedicated SDRs based in the US, plus a strategist, a coach and the email setup, and a program goes live in about 15 business days.

Their case studies go all the way down to revenue. For AchieveIt, SalesRoads booked 937 appointments that led to 18 closed deals worth $540K in annual recurring revenue and a $27M pipeline. Unishippers got 361 appointments at a cost per appointment 20% lower than its own in-house team.

One SDR costs $11,950 per four-week cycle, and the per-rep cost falls to around $7,200 when you run six. The team works mostly by phone and email, so it suits buyers who still pick up a call.

2. Belkins

Denver, Colorado · Founded 2017 · Clutch 4.9 from 234 reviews · belkins.io

Cold email works only when it lands in the inbox, and Belkins has an edge here. Its sister company, Folderly, builds deliverability tools, so domain setup and inbox health stay in expert hands. On top of that, the team researches leads by hand, writes the sequences, runs outreach by email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp, and chases no-shows.

With 234 Clutch reviews, Belkins has the largest review record on this list. ValueLabs received 115 meetings in 14 months, and Burch Energy Services got 32 meetings in three months against a target of 18. Belkins also runs paid ads, executive dinners and event programs for clients who want outbound tied to wider B2B marketing.

The starter program is listed from $5,000 a month with 100 guaranteed appointments a year, which comes to about $600 per meeting at the guaranteed minimum. Some third-party reviews mention a minimum term of three to six months, so confirm the term before signing.

3. Martal Group

Oakville, Ontario · Founded 2009 · Clutch 4.8 from 109 reviews · martal.ca

Martal Group keeps going after the meeting is booked. Its sales executives run the discovery call on the entry program, and the higher tiers take on closing and account management, paid partly through commission. For a founder still waiting on a first sales hire, that covers a large share of the funnel.

The agency publishes its monthly activity targets: 3,000 to 5,000 prospects, 9,000 to 12,000 emails, 250 to 450 calls and 20 to 30 qualified leads. Clutch ranked Martal #8 in its 2025 global Top 1000. Results vary by client. A financial services client booked 832 meetings over three years, while the Awin case study on the Martal site shows high volume turning into about three qualified leads a month, which is a good question to raise on a first call.

Pricing is a flat monthly fee with a three-month pilot for outbound, then month-to-month. The full-cycle tiers add commission and a four-month pilot, and dollar figures are available on request.

4. Leadium

Leadium homepage

Las Vegas, Nevada · Founded 2016 · Clutch 5.0 from 76 reviews · leadium.com

Leadium is the most affordable way into a managed program on this list. Cold calling programs start around $3,500 a month and multichannel programs around $4,000, with a $0 setup fee and month-to-month contracts.

You approve the lead lists and messaging, and Leadium runs email, calls, LinkedIn, SMS and gifting, then logs every booked meeting in your CRM. Mitek Systems saw four times more qualified leads per quarter, and SmartBug Media booked 27% more meetings with director-level marketers.

Leadium states openly that results carry zero guarantee, and a few reviews describe a slow first month. For a low-cost test of outbound, that trade-off is fair.

5. Callbox

Callbox homepage screenshot
Callbox homepage

Encino, California · Founded 2004 · Clutch 4.6 from 128 reviews · callboxinc.com

Callbox is big: more than 700 people across six countries and over twenty years of outbound work. Each client gets a Campaign Pod, a small team of SDRs, researchers and writers who run calls, emails, LinkedIn and retargeting from the Callbox engagement platform.

Callbox says most clients spend $20,000 to $40,000 a quarter, so plan the budget with that range in mind. Most case studies keep the client anonymous, such as 183 appointments for a California healthcare IT provider. Callbox fits multi-country, high-volume campaigns best, and a few reviewers found highly technical products harder for the reps.

6. Operatix

London, UK · Founded 2012 · Part of memoryBlue since 2023 · operatix.net

Operatix works almost entirely with technology companies, and its SDRs cover 22 languages from London, Dallas, San Jose and Singapore. Top-tier brands such as Adobe, CrowdStrike and Airbnb have used the team. Operatix also runs channel partner programs, which is rare among outbound agencies.

Accolite built more than $30 million in pipeline from five Operatix SDRs across Europe and North America, and Qubole hit 120% of its targets before tripling its European team. US firm memoryBlue acquired Operatix in July 2023, so contracts now run through the combined company. Pricing comes by custom quote.

7. Abstrakt Marketing Group

Abstrakt Marketing Group homepage

St. Louis, Missouri · Founded 2009 · Clutch 4.6 from 44 reviews · abstraktmg.com

Cleaning companies, landscapers and facilities firms sell to office managers who answer the phone, and Abstrakt is built for exactly that buyer. Its reps run hyper-local calling campaigns, try each contact up to ten times, mail personal letters and keep prospects in a long nurture program, which Abstrakt credits with 46% of its appointments.

A ServiceMaster franchise in Baltimore turned its first Abstrakt meeting into a $41K contract. A Seattle cleaning company turned 81 meetings into 11 accounts worth a little over $308,000 a year.

Packages are public: $5,250 a month for at least 4 appointments, $7,250 for 8 and $9,250 for 12, or roughly $770 to $1,310 per meeting. Several reviewers describe annual contracts that renewed automatically, so read the cancellation clause closely.

8. Sales Focus Inc

Sales Focus Inc homepage screenshot
Sales Focus Inc homepage

North Charleston, South Carolina · Founded 1998 · salesfocusinc.com

Sales Focus builds entire sales teams. It recruits, trains and manages SDRs, inside reps, closers and field reps, which makes it one of the few true full-function models in outbound. International companies entering the US can use its LaunchUSA program.

For a US clean energy company, Sales Focus grew a team from 10 to 60 agents who signed more than 1,900 new customers. For Advanced Tissue, it ran six outside sales teams that beat quota by 17%.

Pricing is performance-driven: a one-time startup fee of $1,950 to $10,000, then $5,500 to $8,500 per US inside rep each month, plus commission and travel, with a credit against fees when agreed goals are missed. Independent client reviews are limited, so ask for references early.

Do the Math Before the First Sales Call

Every agency pitch ends with a meeting number. Work backwards from your deal size first.

Say a program costs $8,000 a month and books 10 meetings. That is $800 a meeting. If 7 of them happen and 3 become real opportunities, you are at roughly $2,670 per opportunity. Close one in four, and you have spent about $10,700 to win a customer.

That is a great deal when the customer pays $30,000 a year, and a poor one at $6,000. The numbers here are examples. Plug in your own close rate and contract value, and you will walk into every agency call with a clear budget per meeting.

The Big Names I Left Out

A couple of much larger outbound firms appear on most other lists. One has a stack of unanswered BBB complaints and a published contract that auto-renews for twelve months, while its marketing promises freedom from contracts. Another has recent reviews from clients whose campaign ran with the wrong company name for nearly two weeks before a refund was refused. Two smaller agencies had too little public proof of results to earn a spot.

Before You Sign Anything

Get these points in writing.

First, the definition of a qualified meeting: job titles, company size, the buying signals that matter to you, and how a no-show counts. This single clause settles most disputes before they start.

Second, ownership of the sending domains, contact lists and email sequences when the contract ends. Good agencies send from separate domains to protect your main company domain, and you should keep the data.

Third, the exit terms: notice period, auto-renewal and any termination fee. Make sure every meeting lands in your own CRM as well.

Then give the program three months. Setup takes the first few weeks, meetings usually start around weeks three to six, and month three gives a fair verdict. Keep referrals in the mix while you wait. For most B2B companies they remain the warmest leads around, as these referral marketing statistics show.
