Vefogix Guest Posting Services Review: Prices, Refunds and Checks

5/5 - (5 votes)

Vefogix is a real, working guest post marketplace, and it can be a good place to buy posts if you vet every site yourself. Prices start low and the catalog is large. But site quality varies a lot, and public reviews are split between happy buyers and unhappy publishers.

We went through the official site, the help center, the refund policy and two public review profiles. So this review covers how buying works and what the wallet and refund rules say. It also covers publisher payouts and the checks we run before paying for any placement. We also explain where Google draws the line on paid links, because that affects every order.

The Companies and Address Behind Vefogix

The Vefogix footer names two companies. The copyright line reads Vefogix LLC, and the brand is “Powered by Apex Web Cube LLC.” The listed address is 30N Gould St, STE R, in Sheridan, Wyoming. Support runs through nova@vefogix.com, a US phone number and live chat.

The About page gives 2016 as the founding year. However, outside profiles do not all match. For example, the GoodFirms profile lists the United Kingdom as the location and 2002 as the founding year.

None of this is unusual for a young online business with remote teams. Still, ask support which company will invoice you, so your records match your payment. Agencies that resell links will want this for their own clients too.

What You Can Buy on Vefogix Besides Guest Posts

The homepage headline calls Vefogix an “AI-Powered Link Building and Guest Post Marketplace.” In practice, it runs two shops in one account. First, there is a site catalog, where each publisher website has its own listing and price. Second, there is a gig marketplace, where sellers post fixed services with a “starting at” price.

The gig marketplace showed 2,440 gigs across six categories when we opened it. These are Press Release, SEO, Writing and Translation, Internet Marketing, Program, and Graphic and Design. You can filter gigs by budget band, delivery time of up to 7, 14 or 30 days, and seller rating.

Beyond guest posts, the menus list link insertion, press release distribution, local citations, Google Business Profile packages, content writing and white-label SEO for resellers. The help center also prices a few house services. For instance, banner ads cost $100 per month per banner, paid in advance. Standard content writing runs from $10 for 500 words to $70 for 3,500 words.

Vefogix also offers free tools, such as a Bulk DA/PA Checker that takes up to 50 sites at once. The checker is handy for a first pass over a shortlist. But authority scores alone do not tell you if a site has readers, as the listing example later in this review shows.

How a Vefogix Order Moves From Wallet Top-Up to Approval

Buying on Vefogix works on a prepaid balance. So you add money first, and every order then draws from that balance. We traced the buyer flow through the help center and the guest posting service page.

  1. Create a buyer account. The sign-up button is labeled “Buy Guest Post.” After that, you add a project name and the URL you want links for.
  2. Top up the wallet. Payment goes through one of the listed gateways. The help center says the balance updates instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the method.
  3. Filter the catalog. You can narrow sites by niche, DR, traffic, country, price and other metrics. Then you shortlist the sites that pass your checks.
  4. Send your content or order writing. You can supply your own article or request a custom one. Next, you set the anchor text and target URL.
  5. Wait for the publisher. The publisher accepts or rejects the task. If accepted, they publish the post and submit the live URL.
  6. Approve or ask for changes. The live URL lands in “Guest Post Tasks Pending Approval.” You either mark it complete or send it back with comments.

One message confuses new buyers. If an order is placed without enough funds, the dashboard shows “Your Task Has Not Been Sent to Publisher, Please Clear Your Dues.” In that case, the task waits until the balance covers it.

Packages follow a slightly different path. For example, the help center walks through buying the $150 Guest Post Package. You click “Purchase Now,” add funds, return to the package, and then click “Place Order.” After that, progress shows under My Packages.

Reading a Single Vefogix Site Listing Line by Line

Every site in the catalog has its own listing page. The page shows price, delivery time, language, link type, the maximum number of links, link validity and article length. It also shows Moz DA and PA, Moz Spam Score, Ahrefs DR, the Semrush Authority Score and two traffic estimates.

We opened the listing for vefogix.org to see how the numbers line up.

This one listing teaches the main lesson about any link catalog. A DA of 40 looks solid on its own. But the DR is under 5, the Authority Score is 2, and the two traffic tools disagree by a factor of hundreds. So a buyer who filters by DA alone would miss the fact that this site has very few readers.

The posting rules on the listing are useful too. For example, titles and anchors may not use words such as Best, Review, Buy, Cheap or Top. Footer and sidebar links are not accepted, and the editorial team may edit titles and images. Our guide to domain authority and page authority explains why one score should never decide a purchase.

Vefogix Prices, Wallet Top-Ups and Payment Methods

Publishers set their own site prices, and the FAQ says Vefogix has “no say in these price choices.” The same FAQ puts typical prices between $5 and several hundred dollars. The guest posting service page adds that there is no minimum to start.

To see real numbers, we took the first 12 listings in the Guest Posts category of the gig marketplace. That category held 1,463 listings in total. Their starting prices ran from $10 to $100, with a median of $20.

We noticed two things in that sample. First, a “starting at” price is the floor, so the final price can rise with word count or extra links. Second, one gig is titled “Buy Wikipedia Backlinks” at $45. Wikipedia marks its outbound links nofollow, so we would not buy that kind of gig for ranking purposes.

The site catalog shows a different set of prices. The sample rows on the guest posting service page list large news and finance domains at $23 to $71. Four of those five sample rows show NoFollow links. So before ordering a famous domain at a low price, ask for an example live URL and see exactly where the post would sit.

Vefogix also sells house packages. The help center lists a Guest Post Package at $150. It also lists a Premium link building plan at $100, aimed at DA 50+ sites with 500 to 700 word articles. Ask support for the full list of inclusions before you pay.

Ways to Fund a Vefogix Wallet

The wallet top-up guide names six gateways: Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, PayU, NOWPayments and PayGlocal. Stripe accepts international cards, Apple Pay and US bank accounts. PayGlocal is open only to international clients. The site footer also shows Payoneer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UPI, Bitcoin and USDT logos.

Approved refunds may go back to your Vefogix balance. So we suggest topping up only what you plan to spend on the next few orders. Also, keep the payment receipt with your order IDs.

Delivery Times, Refunds and the 30-Day Replacement Promise

Vefogix says the average link delivery time is one to three days. The 12 gig listings we sampled agree with that, with a median of three days. Only one listing promised seven days.

The refund rules are short, so read them before your first order. We pulled them from the refund policy and the buyer payments section of the help center.

SituationWhat the Vefogix policy says
Post live for more than 24 hoursNo money refund
Order confirmed and work startedNo refund for cancelling the service
Post goes down within 30 daysReplacement on a site with similar DA and pricing
Order cancelled before completionRefund may be approved after review
No meaningful service deliveredRefund may be approved after review
Service delivered as describedRefund may be denied
How refunds are paidPossibly to your Vefogix balance; processor fees may reduce the amount
DisputesUse the Vefogix dispute system before a chargeback; its decision is final where the law allows

The 24-hour line is the one that matters most. Once a post is live, you have one day to check it and raise a problem while a money refund is still possible. After that, your protection is the 30-day replacement and the dispute route.

Two more help center notes are useful. First, publication is not guaranteed, because publishers may reject content. Second, some high-authority sites delete posts after a short time. For those, Vefogix says it warns the buyer first and only goes ahead once the buyer confirms.

How Publishers List Sites and Get Paid on Vefogix

Publishers join in one of two roles. A Site Owner verifies ownership with one of three methods. A Contributor, who posts on sites they do not own, goes through a one-time account moderation instead.

Listing is quick even for large networks. Sites can be added one by one or in bulk, and a CSV or XLSX upload takes up to 30,000 sites at once. There is no cap on the number of sites. Then each listing carries the publisher’s own price, rules and delivery time.

On payments, Vefogix says buyer funds are “securely reserved as soon as a buyer submits a task.” Publishers choose to be paid once or twice a month. Also, the marketplace notes that earnings go through a “review and clearance process before withdrawal.”

The publisher guide lists the task stages: Not Started, In Progress, Pending Approval, Improvement, Awaiting, Completed and Rejected. It also lists the reasons a buyer may reject work. These include a post that is not on the main domain, the wrong link type, changed anchor text, or edits made without permission.

Why Vefogix Reviews Split Between Buyers and Publishers

Public reviews of Vefogix are split. We read both profiles in full and summarized what each shows.

ProfileWhat it shows
Trustpilot (Vefogix LLC)31 reviews: 65% five-star, 35% one-star, none in between
Trustpilot noticesTrustScore hidden for a guideline breach; Trustpilot says it removed a number of fake reviews
GoodFirms4.7 out of 5 from 7 reviews

The Trustpilot split follows a pattern. Most five-star reviews come from buyers who praise delivery and support. In contrast, the recent one-star reviews in October 2026 come mostly from publishers. Several say they published articles and did not receive payment. One reviewer says links were removed or switched to nofollow after the verification period.

To be fair to Vefogix, the company replies to most of those reviews. It asks each reviewer to send order details to nova@vefogix.com so it can look into the case. As a result, we read the reviews as a reason to keep careful records, and to raise any issue inside the dispute window.

The GoodFirms reviews are all positive and describe faster rankings and quick replies. However, they show usage periods of one week or one month, and some text repeats. So we would give them less weight than reviews that describe a specific order.

Keeping Vefogix Orders Inside Google’s Link Spam Policy

Google’s spam policies list “buying or selling links for ranking purposes” as link spam. That includes “exchanging money for links, or posts that contain links.” The same policy also flags links with optimized anchor text in guest posts and press releases.

Paid placements are allowed, though, when the link is qualified with rel=”nofollow” or rel=”sponsored.” So a paid guest post can stay inside Google’s rules. It simply should not pass ranking credit.

Vefogix leaves the link type to each listing, and buyers can reject a task for the wrong link type. That gives you a practical lever. Write rel=”sponsored” into your order instructions, and then check the attribute on the live post before you approve it. Also use branded or plain URL anchors.

Sponsored posts still bring real value. They put your brand in front of readers and can earn mentions that AI assistants pick up later. Our guide on earning LLM citations covers that side. For recent enforcement, see our notes on the September 2026 spam update.

Our Six-Step Vetting Routine for Any Vefogix Site

We run the same checks on every catalog site before paying. Each one takes a few minutes, and together they rule out most weak sites.

  1. Compare the two traffic numbers. The listing shows two traffic estimates. If both are low, or one is hundreds of times the other, open the site and look for real comments, shares and fresh posts.
  2. Check topical relevance. Read the last ten article titles on the site. A site that covers your subject sends readers who might buy. Our piece on topical authority and domain authority explains why this beats a high score.
  3. Look for an editorial bar. Named authors, edited headlines and useful articles are good signs. Then check the accepted content types: a site that takes adult, casino and CBD posts next to everything else is selling to everyone.
  4. Count outbound links. Open three recent guest posts and count the commercial links. One or two relevant links per post is normal, but eight or ten unrelated links is not.
  5. Confirm the main domain. Ask for a sample live URL. Then check that posts appear on the main site and in its navigation. A buyer may reject work that is not on the main domain.
  6. Check within 24 hours. Once the post goes live, confirm the link, the anchor and the rel attribute the same day. Next, save a screenshot and the URL with your order ID.

Keyword overlap gives one more signal. If the site already ranks for terms close to your own target keywords, Google treats it as relevant to your topic. Also, an article needs to read well before a real editor accepts it. Our SEO blog writing guide is a good brief for your writer.

Our Take on Who Should Try Vefogix

Vefogix is a good option for buyers and small agencies who want low entry prices and a big catalog. The condition is that you vet each site. The filters, per-listing rules and task approval step give you real control. Besides, there is no stated minimum, so a first test can stay small.

On the other hand, buyers who want a done-for-you service with firm guarantees may prefer a managed agency. Publishers should read the recent Trustpilot reviews, and then agree payment terms in writing before taking large orders.

For a first order, we would top up enough for three single sites that pass all six checks. Ask each publisher for rel=”sponsored,” check the posts within 24 hours, and track referral visits for a month. After that, you will know whether a larger order makes sense.
