Rhino Rank is a done-for-you link service, so it works differently from a guest post marketplace where you pick each site. For buyers who want the work done for them, it is the best of the three link services we have reviewed. Its UK team chooses the site, writes the article and replaces lost links for 12 months.
However, buyers who want to hand-pick every domain will get more control on Adsy or the GuestPostLinks publisher list. We compiled Rhino Rank’s published prices, terms and public reviews so you can decide which camp you belong to.

Who Runs Rhino Rank From Shrewsbury
Rhino Rank is a UK link building company based in Shrewsbury, England. Its terms name the legal entity as Rhino Rank Ltd, company number 10849738. The site lists a UK phone line and a US number, and it says the UK team handles fulfilment in-house.
The company also shares a few numbers about itself. Rhino Rank says it has more than 7,000 clients and has delivered over 570,000 links. It also says it has been running for 7+ years.
Agencies make up a large part of the audience. For example, every order ends with an unbranded report that an agency can pass to its own client. There is also a reseller program and an affiliate program.
The Link Products Rhino Rank Sells
Rhino Rank sells three main products. Each one places links in a different way, so the choice changes what you pay and what you get.
Guest Posts Written by the UK Team
A guest post is a new article on another site with one contextual dofollow link to your page. Rhino Rank writes the article in-house, with 750+ words. The link sits in the body copy and never in a sidebar, author bio or footer. You do not write the article or choose its headings.
Curated Links, Also Called Niche Edits
A curated link is a link added to an article that already exists on another site. Because the page is older, it may already have its own backlinks and traffic. Rhino Rank prices these by the number of referring domains the site has, measured with Majestic.
Managed Link Building for Ongoing Campaigns
The managed service starts at $500 a month. It adds an account manager, a backlink audit, keyword research, competitor analysis, an anchor text plan and monthly white-label reports. Cancelling stops the next renewal. However, the terms say cancelling does not by itself refund the current month.
The site also lists visual links, listicle placements and press release distribution. Our price analysis covers the three main products.
Placing a Rhino Rank Order From Sign-Up to Report
Ordering runs through a dashboard at app.rhinorank.io. There is no contract. We traced the steps from the guest post page and the terms.
- Create an account. Sign-up is free. You can also book a free 15-minute call with a specialist first.
- Add funds or pay at checkout. Payment goes through PayPal or a card processor. UK VAT applies depending on where your business is based.
- Enter the link details. Give the target URL, the anchor text and the DA tier (or the RD tier for curated links).
- Wait for “In Progress”. The contract only forms when the order moves to this status. Before that point you can cancel for a full refund.
- Let the team work. Staff research your niche, pitch site owners by hand, write the article and get it published.
- Read the report. The dashboard lists every live URL. You can export it as an unbranded CSV file.
Two details trip up new buyers. First, the delivery clock runs from the moment Rhino Rank has complete link details. Second, one of its comparison pages says you can pre-approve sites before outreach begins. Ask for that if you need control over domains.
Rhino Rank Guest Post Prices by DA Tier
Guest post prices follow Moz Domain Authority. Each price includes the article, the outreach, the link and the 12-month replacement cover. Rhino Rank says there is no separate content fee or placement fee on top.
| DA tier | Price per post | Traffic guideline |
|---|---|---|
| DA10+ | $75 | Niche relevance |
| DA20+ | $95 | Relevance focus |
| DA30+ | $130 | Authority-first selection |
| DA40+ | $200 | 500+ traffic |
| DA50+ | $300 | 1,000+ traffic |
| DA60+ | $400 | 3,000+ traffic |
We worked out the jumps between tiers. The step from DA30+ to DA40+ adds $70, and it is also the first tier with a stated traffic floor. After that, each step adds $100. So the DA60+ tier costs 5.3 times the DA10+ tier.
Also, the traffic guideline only appears from DA40+ upward. That is why we would treat DA40+ as the lowest tier where you get a written traffic signal. For lower tiers, ask the team what traffic the chosen site gets. Our guide to domain authority versus page authority explains why a DA score alone says little about a single page.
Curated Link Prices and the Referring Domain Tiers
Curated links cost less at the entry level. The tiers use referring domains, counted with Majestic, and the two top tiers also carry traffic labels.
| Tier | Price per link | Label on the page |
|---|---|---|
| RD 20-100 | $60 | Foundations |
| RD 100-250 | $85 | Steady growth |
| RD 250-500 | $100 | Most popular |
| RD 500+ | $132.50 | 500+ traffic |
| RD 1,000+ | $210 | 1,000+ traffic |
The curated links page also shows packages marked “Save 8%”. Every tier lists a dofollow link, a white-label report and the same 7 to 14 day target. The page gives one example site with DR 54 and 12,400 monthly organic visits.
The two products do different jobs. A curated link places you on a page that already has age and, often, rankings. A guest post gives you a fresh article written around your anchor. We would use guest posts for new topics and curated links for pages that need support from older content. Our piece on topical authority versus domain authority covers why the topic of the host page matters more than its score.
How Rhino Rank Screens Publisher Sites
Rhino Rank lists six checks for guest post sites. They cover identity and ownership, technical setup, search health, authority and audience, site history, and editorial quality. DA sets the tier and the price. Then the team cross-checks Ahrefs DR and live traffic.
The company also lists what it turns away. That includes private blog network footprints, link farms, manipulated traffic or metrics, expired-domain abuse, and thin or spun content. For curated links, it adds spun or AI-written content to that list.
Buyers with firm rules of their own, such as a minimum of 1,000 visits a month, should state them in the order notes. For instance, a buyer in the US can ask for US-focused sites, since one Trustpilot reviewer wanted exactly that option.
Credits, Refunds and the 12-Month Replacement Cover
We read the terms and conditions in full, because refund rules matter more than prices when a link goes missing. These are the parts that affect buyers most.
How Rhino Rank Account Credit Works
You can buy credit and spend it on any Rhino Rank service. Bought credit does not expire. However, it has no cash value, it cannot move to another account, and credit purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires. Promotional credit does expire, on the date shown when it is given.
Refunds Before and After an Order Starts
You get a full refund at any time before an order moves to “In Progress”. After that, changes and refunds are not guaranteed. Also, an order that sits on hold for more than 90 days may be cancelled and refunded. When a credit-paid order is refunded, the money goes back to your credit balance.
The First-Order Money-Back Guarantee
Your first paid order is covered by a no-questions refund. You must claim within 14 calendar days of delivery. The refund is capped at the lower of the order amount and $550, and you can use it once.
We ran the numbers on a sample first order. Suppose your first order is 5 DA30+ guest posts ($650) and 5 curated links at RD 100-250 ($425). That totals $1,075, but the guarantee covers $550 at most, so about half. As a result, we would keep a first order at $550 or less if the guarantee matters to you.
What the Replacement Cover Includes
Every delivered link carries 12 months of replacement cover. If the link is lost in that time, Rhino Rank replaces it at no extra charge. However, the cover is for a lost link only. It does not cover a drop in third-party metrics or in your rankings.
Delivery Times Rhino Rank Publishes
Guest posts and curated links both carry a 7 to 14 day delivery target. Rhino Rank says it meets its published targets on 99% of orders. Even so, the terms call these targets and say they are not guaranteed completion dates.
So plan launches with some slack. For example, if a product page goes live on the 1st, place the order about three weeks before. That leaves time for the full 14 days plus a few days for any fix.
What Trustpilot and Reviews.io Customers Say About Rhino Rank
We opened both public review profiles. On Trustpilot, Rhino Rank holds a TrustScore of 4.7 from 194 reviews, and 92% of them are five-star. The profile has been claimed since May 2021, and the company invites customers to leave reviews.
On Reviews.io, the company page shows 4.9 out of 5 from 173 reviews. Also, 99% of reviewers there say they recommend Rhino Rank.
The praise centers on a few points. Reviewers mention a straightforward ordering process, quick replies from support, on-time delivery and links that stay live. Some say their rankings improved, though a few add that results took time.
The critical reviews are few, but they are useful. One buyer wanted to request US-based sites and received a link from an Australian site. Another felt one placement did not match the topic and authority they paid for. A third noted spelling mistakes in some links, which Rhino Rank fixed once raised. We read these lower-rated reviews closely, because they show what can go wrong.
Rhino Rank Next to Adsy and GuestPostLinks
We have also reviewed Adsy and GuestPostLinks. Both let you choose sites from a list, which makes them closer to a true marketplace. The table uses only facts from each company’s own pages.
| Point | Rhino Rank | Adsy | GuestPostLinks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Model | Team picks the site and writes the post | Marketplace; you pick the site | Publisher list plus 10-post packages |
| Entry price | $75 guest post, $60 curated link | Listings from $14 | Single sites from $28.90 in one niche list; DA50+ package $150.90 for 10 posts |
| Article writing | Included (750+ words) | Writing and placement priced per site | Optional add-on of $100 to $200 per package |
| Delivery | 7 to 14 day target | Up to 3 working days to accept a task | About 14 days for packages |
| Refunds | Full refund before “In Progress”; first order up to $550 within 14 days | Purchases final; up to 3 returns, then a dispute | Full refund only if the post cannot be published |
| Link cover | 12-month replacement | Average link lifetime shown per site | Placement for up to 365 days |
Adsy is the choice for buyers who want to inspect each site, compare traffic figures and set the anchor themselves. GuestPostLinks gives the most metrics per row and has sponsored and nofollow filters. Rhino Rank gives the least hands-on work, plus the clearest written guarantee of the three.
So the trade is control for time. If you run SEO for many clients, Rhino Rank’s done-for-you model saves hours. On the other hand, if each link must pass your own checklist, a marketplace lets you apply it before you pay.
Paid Links, rel=”sponsored” and Rhino Rank Orders
Google’s spam policies list “buying or selling links for ranking purposes” as link spam. The same section names links “with optimized anchor text in articles, guest posts, or press releases distributed on other sites.”
Google also says how to stay inside the rules. Such links are not a violation “as long as they are qualified” with a rel=”nofollow” or rel=”sponsored” attribute. That applies to every paid placement, whichever service sells it.
Rhino Rank’s pages describe its links as dofollow. So a buyer who wants every placement inside Google’s policy should ask the team, before ordering, whether the publisher can add rel=”sponsored”. Then check the live link in the report. Google keeps adjusting its spam systems, and our notes on the September 2026 Google spam update cover the latest change.
A sponsored link still has value. It can send readers, put your brand on a relevant site and earn mentions that AI assistants pick up. Our guide on earning LLM citations explains how those mentions add up.
Vetting a Rhino Rank Placement When the Report Arrives
Rhino Rank picks the sites, so your checks happen at two points. First, at pre-approval if you request it. Second, when the report lands. We run these five checks on every URL.
- Real traffic. Look up the site in a traffic tool and check that it ranks for real queries in its niche. Our list of free SEO tools includes options for this.
- Topical relevance. Read the ten newest post titles on the site. If they jump between casino, crypto and home decor, the site sells links in every niche.
- An editorial bar. Look for named authors, edited headlines and articles that answer a real question.
- Outbound link count. Count the external links in your post and in two others. One or two relevant links per post is normal. Eight or ten commercial links point to a link farm.
- Link details. Confirm the anchor, the target URL and the rel attribute. Also confirm the page is indexed in Google.
If a link fails, raise it within the window that applies. For a first order, that is 14 days after delivery for the guarantee. For any order, a lost link is covered for 12 months. Good keyword research on your own page also tells you which terms a relevant host site should already rank for.
