Google has updated its image search for a much faster searching experience. The Google Image has been redesigned to present images before the user in a flip view where the user can quickly scroll through a set of images by using the keyboard. Google would also display the metadata related to the image if any user clicks on it. This data would be seen on the image search result page itself eliminating the need to visit a separate landing page.
A faster image search experience for the user |
This update would be made public in a few days. The new interface looks nice and avoids redirecting to another landing page for displaying image related information. As shown in the above image, a flip view presents the user with an amazing view of image search results.
